Alexander Budzier is a Fellow in Management Practice at the University of Oxford’s Saïd Business School and CEO of Oxford Global Projects. He researches and teaches project and programme management, risk, and systems thinking, with a focus on major projects and infrastructure. He is also co-author of How to Measure Anything in Project Management (Wiley, 2025).
